Central Lutheran Church supports the Angel Tree/Prison Fellowship Program!  During the season of Advent you are invited participate with the Angel Tree by donation or buying a gift this Christmas for a child on behalf of a parent in prison?

Angel Tree is a ministry that reaches out to the children of prisoners and their families with the love of Christ, offering churches an opportunity to share Christ’s love by serving the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the families of prisoners.

During the Christmas season, local church volunteers purchase and deliver gifts and the Gospel to children in the name of their parent behind bars. Thousands of families are served every year by church members who generously give of their time and resources.

The Angel Tree program thru Prison Fellowship since 1982 has supported over 9 MILLION kids with a gift, the gospel word and message from the incarcerated parent! Each child needs to know that Jesus Loves Them!

Christmas gifts for children:  Spending suggestion $25. Each child will receive a clothing item and toy – two presents per child. You can give financially to buy a gift. Put this in the offering plate, or donate online.

2022– Tags can be picked up at a church service on November 20th and/or November 27th! Wrapped presents with the tag are due back by December 11th.

We are looking for a new coordinator.  If you are interested, let us know.

In 2022 we were able to provide clothing and toys for 20 children.  Our Wednesday quilters ministry was able to provide 20 warm quilts for the children.

Thank you for your support of this program, and making a child’s Christmas special!
